We need readers for the service on Friday. If you are interested, see David.
EASTER EGG DECORATING
For those “kids” that would like to decorate Easter Eggs, they may feel free to join Robin on Saturday at her apartment at 11:00 AM. Please bring ½ dozen or a whole dozen (how many ever you bring, that’s what you take with you) and something for lunch. She will have drinks and the decorating stuff. Let her know by Friday morning (that’s before noon) if you are coming so that I can have enough decorating stuff.
EASTER DINNER
There will be Easter dinner at the Parsonage on Sunday. We would like everyone to contribute to bringing food because David is being so kind as to provide for a place for us to eat. Please let Robin know if you would like to attend and what you can bring by Friday. The time for the dinner on Sunday is TBA.
DIRECTIONS TO SUNRISE SERVICE
Go east on University Avenue (State Road 26). Follow around the curve to the left and watch for 19th either avenue or place. It is a dirt road, so look carefully. Turn right and follow to the Feaster’s ….there will be signs.
MSM
The deadline to sign up for MSM is Sunday, April 8th by 11:59 p.m. The retreat is in Leesburg from April 13th-15th and the cost is $40 to attend. If money is an issue on whether you will go or not, please talk to David Fuquay so that monetary arrangements can be made.
STAFF HUNT
Staff Hunt is on Sunday, April 22nd from 3-4 p.m. It is basically a scavenger hunt for the current Wesley Foundation staff at the Oaks Mall. You should come out because it should be a ton of fun!
INVISIBLE CHILDREN
There will be an Invisible Children screening in Orlando on Saturday, April 28. The website is www.invisiblechildren.com and then Click on “Displace Me” after the intro to the website. A group will be coordinated to go and further details are to be announced.
GRADUATION SUNDAY
Seniors who are graduating will be recognized on Sunday, April 29. Please let David Fuquay know if you are graduating so we can properly distinguish you and give you a graduation gift!
Alright, I know these are a lot of different things to keep track of, but look at the bright side…there are only 3 more weeks of classes from tomorrow, and then finals week…so it is almost over!
